Test Patterns And Analysis of Bank PO Exams
1. Bank P.O. exams are generally a two-tier process consisting of a Written Test and an Interview. However, some leading banks like the State Bank of India and its Associates and Punjab National Bank have introduced a three-tier selection process adding a Preliminary Exam to start with.
2. Each bank has its own distinct selection process and it varies as per the recruitment policies of the bank. Students must follow the selection process notified by each bank in its official notification.
3. Some Banks may use only a Written Test or only an Interview for selecting candidates. For example, Syndicate Bank Recruitment 2009 comprises of only a Personal Interview of short listed candidates.
4. Question paper is generally in bilingual form i.e. in Hindi and English except for the test of English language.
